Job Description

Join Coca-Cola HBC as a Business Developer and become a vital part of our dynamic Sales team, focusing on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafes) sector.

This is a unique opportunity to represent some of the world's most beloved beverage brands and make a tangible impact on their market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, activating brands within customer outlets, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients across the South Region of Ireland, including Cork, Waterford, and Tipperary.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will leverage your sales acumen and market insights to achieve targets, drive sales, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will manage your dedicated territory, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with a high-performing team to share best practices and continuously improve your skills.

  • Proven sales track record.

  • Experience working cross-functionally.

  • Ability to sell, influence, and build strong working relationships.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license.
  • Fluent in English and possess an up-to-date working visa.
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in the On Trade.
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment.
