Job Description
Platinumlist, a leader in online event ticketing and management solutions across the Gulf region, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and selling our comprehensive event technology solutions.
You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and nurturing strong relationships with event organizers and corporate clients. Your ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be key to success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events vertical
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for event technology solutions, including ticketing, registration, and access control software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and onboarding of solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor university degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling software technology solutions for events, such as ticketing, registration, or access control
- Experience in the event industry in UAE
- Excellent communications skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Social person to maintain key client relationships within events sector
- Ability to understand technical aspects of event technology and translate them into business solutions for clients
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to contribute to budgets and track performance
- Driving license
- Fluency in English/Arabic
