Job Description

Join Division 50 as a Full-Cycle Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through our specialized lead generation and marketing services.

In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for clients across the United States. This includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting compelling pitches, and ultimately closing deals. You will leverage your expertise in our core offerings: dedicated outbound SDR teams for appointment setting, paid-ad lead generation, and comprehensive marketing services such as social media content, SEO, and paid advertising management.

Your success will be measured by your ability to understand prospect challenges and present tailored solutions that align with our service categories. You will also be tasked with accurately documenting prospect information, including budget and current marketing spend, within our CRM to refine our strategies and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full sales cycle: qualify inbound and outbound leads, book appointments, deliver pitches, and close deals.
  • Effectively sell our lead generation services (outbound SDR teams, paid ads) and marketing services (social content, SEO).
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailored pitches to identify prospect challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with US business decision-makers.
  • Log prospect budget and current marketing spend in the CRM to inform pricing and offer development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience selling lead generation services (appointment setting, paid-ads campaigns) to B2B clients.
  • Proven track record selling marketing services, including paid advertising, social media management, or SEO.
  • Verifiable experience running a full sales cycle solo: qualify, book, pitch, close.
  • Solid understanding of the lead-gen/marketing agency industry and its client pain points within the US market.
  • Comfortable with a smaller base salary plus high, uncapped commission structure.
  • History of closing B2B deals with Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) in the United States.
