- Ensure compliance with all relevant Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- CIPM certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the printing or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
