Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for all positions, including local and expatriate roles.
  • Liaise effectively with site managers and supervisors to accurately identify current and future staffing requirements.
  • Manage job postings across all relevant platforms and recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source, screen, and meticulously shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Conduct engaging induction and orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records diligently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and facilitate learning and development training initiatives for employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in technical or operations-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions regarding candidates’ suitability and provide effective hiring recommendations.
  • Strong networking ability to identify and engage with potential talent.
