We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Gender Equity Certification (GEC) program. This critical role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of the GEC initiative, from strategic planning and execution to ensuring scalability and robust governance.

You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of equitable systems within organizations by collaborating closely with internal leadership, technical partners, and a diverse range of clients across Nigeria and the broader African continent.
