Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Gender Equity Certification (GEC) program. This critical role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of the GEC initiative, from strategic planning and execution to ensuring scalability and robust governance.
You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of equitable systems within organizations by collaborating closely with internal leadership, technical partners, and a diverse range of clients across Nigeria and the broader African continent. Your expertise will ensure the high-quality delivery and impact of our certification framework.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee programme delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Manage programme governance, risk, reporting, and improve operational models.
- Engage with partners, assessors, and trainers to maintain clear roles and performance.
- Lead client onboarding, guide them through assessments, and ensure confidentiality in evidence handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, gender studies, business, law).
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior programme delivery role.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Experience in gender equity, ESG, organisational development, or governance is an advantage.
- Strong skills in planning, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Only candidates with proven programme delivery expertise and strong stakeholder management will be shortlisted.
