Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Programme Manager and Senior Programme Manager in achieving strategic objectives and implementing program plans.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the setup of pilot programs, including detailed project development.
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative programs aligned with Foundervine's core aims: Access, Acceleration, and Advocacy.
  • Assist Programme Managers in ensuring effective coordination across Foundervine's program portfolio.
  • Support the Programme Manager with participant communications, daily program support requests, and program data maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team on program-based communications, including designing promotional graphics, social media content, and video content.
  • Provide content and resources to the Marketing and Communications team, such as blog posts, event summaries, case studies, and press releases.
  • Assist the Central Projects Office (CPO) with project governance, compliance, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project plans, timelines, allocate resources, and develop budget estimates.
  • Update project governance and compliance documentation and produce draft governance reports.
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities to track progress against objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the identification, tracking, and resolution of project risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in program support, delivery, or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovative thinking in supporting projects.
  • Experience in running and organizing projects, including planning, design, implementation, and reporting.
  • Ability to support stakeholder engagement across various programs and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in growing digital communities and facilitating engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, international team.
  • Adaptability and cultural sensitivity for working in diverse contexts.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
