Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.).
  • Generate recruitment performance reports and dashboards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ensure data integrity within ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Provide technical support and training on recruitment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in gathering and managing candidate documentation.
  • Prepare and send offer letters.
  • Maintain documentation of recruitment procedures.
  • Assist in conducting audits of recruitment practices.
  • Support candidate sourcing and initial assessments.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and logistics.
  • Align recruitment operations with organizational goals.
  • Provide data for workforce planning and talent management.
  • Engage with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in consulting or fintech environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to utilize diverse sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing recruitment metrics, generating reports, and providing insights.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition trends and challenges in consulting or fintech sectors.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong Communication (written & verbal) and Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Excellent Analytical Thinking and Result-Oriented approach.
