Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to be Botsync's first dedicated sales professional in the Australian market, focusing on a hunter role that requires strong enterprise relationships and deep expertise in industrial automation and intralogistics.

This role demands commercial maturity and the ability to identify and secure new enterprise accounts requiring advanced material handling solutions. Your success is critical to achieving Botsync's ambitious revenue targets for FY2026 in this high-priority growth market.

Key responsibilities include generating pipeline, owning revenue targets, and leading all customer-facing sales activities. You will collaborate closely with our Singapore-based solution engineering and pre-sales teams to craft compelling proposals. Additionally, you will activate and manage our ANZ partner program, driving deal flow and supporting partners with technical education and co-marketing efforts.

Accurate forecasting and CRM management are essential. You will maintain detailed records in HubSpot, ensuring deal stages, qualification scores, and next actions are updated weekly. Regular pipeline updates and monthly forecasts will be provided to the leadership team, utilizing the Botsync AMR qualification checklist and MEDDPICC framework for all opportunities.
