Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), specifically targeting C-level executives (CIO/CISO) to drive substantial revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to deal closure, including managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and complex tender processes.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Soor's diverse solution portfolio, including consulting, professional services, and training.
- Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and ensure sales plans are strategically aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendor partners to guarantee flawless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain profound knowledge of Soor's solutions, value propositions, and the latest cybersecurity market trends.
- Monitor account performance diligently, prepare detailed plans, forecasts, and reports, and provide essential support to the finance department on renewals and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Translate complex customer business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into effective, actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is highly preferred, demonstrating advanced business acumen.
- A minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience within Riyadh/KSA, specifically in IT networking or advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven expertise in delivering compelling presentations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing comprehensive proposals, and responding effectively to RFPs/tender requests.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, engaging with key decision-makers, and conducting high-level negotiations with CXO-level executives.
- Strong familiarity with leading cybersecurity tools and vendors, including Splunk, Fortinet, F5, and Palo Alto.
- In-depth knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), NCA/SAMA regulations, and modern cybersecurity frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing CRM systems to efficiently manage leads and opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and solution-selling capabilities.
- A customer-focused and collaborative approach, with a proven ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships effectively.
