Job Description

Quidax is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Institutional Sales (FX & OTC) to spearhead our growth in the rapidly expanding digital asset market.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and managing our Over-The-Counter (OTC) trading desk, driving institutional client acquisition, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your expertise in FX and crypto trading, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics, will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the OTC crypto trading desk.

  • Strong understanding of pricing, spreads, hedging, and settlement.
  • Deep relationship network within crypto OTC markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure with high integrity and low ego.
  • Comfortable operating in emerging markets.
  • A passion for innovation and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
