Job Description

Join Bayut | dubizzle, a leading force in the UAE's online classifieds market, as an Automotive Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi.

This role is crucial for driving revenue within our Cars segment, connecting buyers and sellers, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, and facilitating sales transactions.

Your expertise in negotiation and communication will be key to increasing our closing ratio and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure seamless vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients (Sellers and buyers).
  • Present car features and conduct demonstrations (test drives).
  • Collaborate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfers.
  • Identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Address client queries via phone and email during viewings.
  • Understand the motors market and its diverse audiences.
  • Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve closing ratios.
  • Promote various car models based on buyer interest.
  • Explain inspection reports, including vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history, to customers professionally.
  • Share inspection reports with buyers.
  • Update viewing details and add comments to the system accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably within the Motors industry.
  • Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
