Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact between the client and Upstream’s internal resources.
- Own and manage the account plan.
- Achieve account targets (commercial, financial, product).
- Manage the running of existing accounts.
- Oversee the handover of new accounts from sales to the rest of the company.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in Digital Services / Value Added Services, Consulting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring innovation.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good educational background, preferably in a numerate discipline.
- Attention to detail.
- Results-driven.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a field combining technology, marketing, and mass psychology.
- International perspective and cultural awareness.
- Good command of French (optional).
