Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact between the client and Upstream’s internal resources.
  • Own and manage the account plan.
  • Achieve account targets (commercial, financial, product).
  • Manage the running of existing accounts.
  • Oversee the handover of new accounts from sales to the rest of the company.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of work experience in Digital Services / Value Added Services, Consulting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring innovation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very good educational background, preferably in a numerate discipline.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Results-driven.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a field combining technology, marketing, and mass psychology.
  • International perspective and cultural awareness.
  • Good command of French (optional).
