Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and relationship-building.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Represent Kake clearly and confidently in both remote and in-person meetings.
- Manage and maintain your pipeline, reporting activity and using data to improve performance.
- Negotiate and close deals while building trust throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong alignment between client needs and delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience selling staff augmentation, technology consulting services, or software development outsourcing.
- Familiarity with SDLC terminology, engineering roles, software delivery processes, and global outsourcing models.
- A strong track record of closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
- Confidence with prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline development.
- Experience working within remote-first teams and distributed environments.
- Sales team leadership experience is a plus.
