Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles within the Nigerian FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, open market dynamics, and retail operations.
  • Proven experience working with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of FMCG pricing structures, margins, and trade incentives.
  • Ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
