Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on maximizing sales through both digital channels and in-person events.

In this role, you will be instrumental in converting leads generated from platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok into successful sales. You will also represent our brand at physical events and exhibitions, engaging potential customers and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include managing distributor leads, maintaining strict adherence to daily lead tracking and reporting using tools like Excel or CRM, and ensuring a consistent follow-up cadence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert digital inquiries (DMs, WhatsApp) into closed sales using emotional connection and brand education.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs to close sales, engage customers, and collect visitor data.
  • Execute the final closing process for warm distributor leads within a 20-day limit.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with daily lead tracking (Excel/CRM) and submit daily conversion reports.
  • Maintain a strict daily follow-up cadence for all pending and event leads.

Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in a related field (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
  • Completed NYSC.
  • 1–2+ years in direct, inside, or high-volume sales.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or CRM).
  • Demonstrated ability to use emotional intelligence and sales psychology.
  • Proven ability to achieve a minimum 35% conversion rate.
