Job Description

Hello Products is seeking a diligent and organized Sales Operation Officer to join our thriving team in Oregun, Lagos.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales processes, from order placement to final delivery. You will act as a crucial liaison between our sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments, guaranteeing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include managing sales orders, processing invoices, coordinating fulfillment, and resolving any discrepancies to maintain operational integrity. You will also play a key part in inventory monitoring and supporting sales activities through comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice generation.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key distributors (KDs) to support business growth and retention.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
  • Support sales operations by tracking order status, sales performance, and distribution activities.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors, and transactions.

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
  • 1– 2 years previous experience in customer service Operations preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good analytical skills.
